Any product that requires physical shipping will clearly indicate such. All shipping charges are added to the price before checkout. Items that are received in damaged or incomplete order must be returned in 30 days for exchange or refund. An RMA from Support must be obtained prior to return. Return shipping will NOT be paid by the company unless its for damaged product.
